This waterfront 5 bedroom villa combines modern and local Caribbean architecture. A large entrance leads to the staircase and a patio with fish pond and palm trees. The main sitting area includes a large living room and a raised dining area. Both areas open to a covered outdoor terrace equipped with a round breakfast table, wooden lounge chairs, a swing bench, and sitting area with sofas.

Accommodations include three ocean facing rooms, including a master bedroom on the second floor with a king sized bed. An additional ocean facing bedroom with a king sized bed sits on the second. Both open to a terrace with beautiful views of the beach and the Caribbean sea.The three downstairs bedrooms, one with a panoramic ocean facing window, have two queen sized beds and open to a deck leading to the garden and pool area. All have ensuite bathrooms and AC.

The villa is surrounded by a  tropical garden,including a coconut grove front leading to a private beach.
There are two gazebos with decks in the garden. The mahogany and glass windows of one of the smaller gazebo can be closed, turning the space into an air conditioned area with TV and DVD and CD player perfect for the hottest hours of the day. The larger open gazebo is next to the pool and has three large sofas, wooden lounge chairs and a teak dining table for ten benefiting from the nightly Caribbean breeze.
The property has a large and deep infinity swimming pool, located between the house and the beach.
