Beautiful very private villa right on the Caribbean sea with walkway along the water ; ocean terrace with stunning view on Catalina Island. The house is built in plantation house style, with lots of bleached woodwork.
The main house has 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closet space, the 2 masters have terraces facing the ocean, one is on the first floor. The 4 verandah rooms open to a gallery with sea view. There is a sitting room, large dining room, and TV lounge . A professional equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee maker, a fridge and freezer, a wine fridge and separate pantry.
In a separate building there are 3 bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms and a TV lounge. Also in the former house keepers building, there are 2 more bedrooms with each a king bed if so needed. ( additional charges apply)
There is a big pool with swim up bar, an oceanfront jacuzzi, a toddlers pool and a gazebo with BBQ, as well as a game – and party room in a separate building. From the terrace, stairways lead into the sea.
