Golf Tournament, “For a Smile” in Casa de Campo.

DR Operation Smile Foundation will held next Saturday, March 22, their 1st Golf Tournament, “For a Smile” in order to raise funds for their pre and post-surgical programs for 150 children from low income families who have the malformation of cleft lip and palate.

The Golf Tournament will be held on the premises of the prestigious Casa de Campo Country Club.

The announcement was made by Mr. Paul Martinez and Dr. Fernando de la Cruz, CEO and Medical Director of the Foundation.

The surgeries of these 150 children will be conducted in 3 Medical Missions that Operation Smile will be performing in 2014, in 3 Hospitals in the country, General Hospital Plaza de la Salud in April, Centro Medico Central Romana in June and at the Hospital Padre Billini in October.

RD Operation Smile Foundation, is part of Operation Smile Inc, a non -profit organization, with a presence in over 60 countries worldwide that specializes in offering completely free re-constructive surgery to children (as) with cleft lip and palate and other facial deformities, through comprehensive treatment by volunteer medical specialists worldwide.
