DR OPEN 2014 in Casa de Campo (Amateur)
The executive board of the Dominican Golf Federation (FEDOGOLF) yesterday announced the celebration of the fourth version of the Golf Open the Dominican Republic (DR Amateur Open 2014), taking the iconic golf courses of the Teeth Of The Dog, Dye Fore and the Links, Casa de Campo in La Romana, from 27th October to 1st November 2014.
In the big event DR OPEN 2014 (Amateur Version) there will be Golfers from Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Martin, Colombia, Argentina, Canada, France and several cities in the USA, who come to enjoy our golf courses, while their family enjoy the benefits of our beaches and other entertainment offered by the resort of Casa de Campo. This project aims to contribute to the development of tourism in our country, as well as promote tourism courses, based on the excellent infrastructure we have and contribute to the development of tourism in the Dominican Republic, which is made possible with the most 600 thousand rounds available on the excellent golf courses and a wide market of golfers in our geographic area, “said John Cohen, president of FEDOGOLF.
